Thank you for your interest in our website and church. Darlington Baptist Church is located in the community of Darlington, NC, which is tucked away in rural Halifax County. Originally chartered in 1948, we are a Southern Baptist Church that values the word of God as inherently true, without error and the sole authority for the believer. Inasmuch, we seek to preach and teach using sound interpretation principles while going verse by verse. This style gives the believer a sound biblical understanding of scripture while providing practical life application.
We believe that God calls the church to train and equip the saints. Therefore, in addition to sound biblical teaching, we strongly believe that the church is called to act; we do so via local, regional, national and international missions. We teach our members to serve by methodically striving to engage and minister to our community and surrounding communities using various initiatives and the cooperative program. We also follow a practice of serving others as we are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
We do pray that your interest has been piqued and your desire will be to unite with us in fellowship as we worship God. Should you take an interest in visiting us, our Sunday service starts at 11:00 and our Wednesday evening Bible study is at 6:30. CHANGES DURING COVID-19
Our midweek bible study currently takes place on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm. This will be conducted via streaming services also.
We have a dedicated prayer meeting on Sunday evening at 6:30 pm. During this time, we will go over our prayer list and have a mixture of corporate and individual prayer.
We are not requiring anyone to wear a mask while attending services; however, we welcome you to wear a mask should you desire to do so.
There are sanitizer bottles at various locations throughout the church and classrooms. Our church is sanitized after services to ensure that we have as "germ-free" a location as possible for the safety of our guests.

Once on that page, click the live video and you can follow our service. Or, if you missed a service, you can find it in the collection of videos there.
